General Counsel

As General Counsel, Bill Culton is responsible for all strategic and operational legal matters affecting Corvias. With 30 years of legal and business experience, including the past 22 years as General Counsel of Corvias, Bill has been instrumental in the successful development and management of all Corvias’ businesses, including its public-private partnerships with the U.S. military, higher education institutions, and municipal governments.

Prior to joining Corvias, Bill held in-house counsel and corporate leadership roles with other public and private commercial real estate development and management firms.

Bill earned his Juris Doctor from Western New England University School of Law and bachelor’s in Business Administration from the University of Rhode Island. In 2015, Bill was honored as an “In-House Leader in the Law” by Lawyers Weekly and New England In-House.
