As President of Corvias’ Department of Defense (DOD) division, Denise Hauck is instrumental in shaping the division’s values and culture through her exemplary leadership, ethical conduct, and disciplined operations. She oversees investment management, construction, development, and property management, ensuring that robust systems, processes, and personnel are in place to drive business objectives, maximize opportunities, and manage risk. Additionally, Denise supervises the delivery of Wellness at Home and power generation projects, enhancing the readiness and resiliency of service members and their families residing in one of the 22,000 Corvias-managed homes and apartments.

Previously, Denise served as Corvias Senior Vice President of Property Operations, DOD, where she led organizational strategy to optimize property operations and enhance resident value across installations.

With nearly 40 years of experience in development, construction, and asset and property management, Denise has held executive roles with leading development and property management firms. She has collaborated with institutional investors and owners to uphold excellence in financial performance, development, construction, property management, and customer satisfaction across over 40 P3 properties, totaling more than $5 billion.
