Corvias Names Chris Wilson to Chief Executive Officer

East Greenwich, R.I. (December 10, 2021)Corvias, a long-term solutions and management partner to the U.S. military and municipalities, and a leading provider of housing solutions to colleges and universities, today announced the appointment of Chris Wilson to the role of Chief Executive Officer of Corvias. Founder John Picerne will transition to Chairman of the Board from CEO. Principals Michael De La Rosa and Janet Colantuono will join the Board of Advisors to cultivate and support the vision for Corvias.

As Chief Executive Officer, Wilson is responsible for the company’s performance, culture, overall strategic direction, and for overseeing the execution of business strategies and plans to align with Corvias’ short- and long-term goals.

Wilson brings decades of leadership experience in real estate development, financing, design, construction and operations, including most recently as President of Corvias. This appointment to CEO is the culmination of his more than five years with Corvias where he has been a leader for strategic direction, development and implementation of business analytics, and commercial insight. During his time with the company, Wilson has successfully led the development, acquisition and execution of partnerships and projects with our Department of Defense and higher education portfolios.
