Military Housing Improves with Corvias Customer Service Training Across All 13 Installations

East Greenwich, RI (April 10, 2019) - Corvias, a partner to the U.S. military in the construction and management of housing for active duty service members, has launched a comprehensive program to re-train its resident-facing employees to provide the highest level of customer service. The trainings are part of a national initiative that establishes benchmarks for responsiveness, communication and commitment to excellent resident services across its military housing portfolio.

“Our resident relationships are the most important and personally rewarding part of the services we provide,” said John Picerne, Founder of Corvias. “We are serving service members and their families and with this great honor, there is an equally great responsibility to conduct ourselves in the most professional, friendly and helpful manner.”

Corvias Customer ServiceProvided by a nationally-designated trainer with credentials from the National Apartment Association Education Institute, the curriculum focuses on improving customer service and strengthening communication with and for residents.

One-hundred percent of Corvias employees at both Fort Riley and Fort Polk have completed training. Trainings have been scheduled for April and May at Forts Rucker, Meade, Sill and Bragg as well as at Eglin, Hurlburt and McConnell Air Force Bases. Training for Corvias employees at Aberdeen Proving Ground, as well as Edwards, Seymour Johnson and Eielson Air Force Bases, is planned for the summer.

“Corvias is working hard to ensure base housing residents are provided with a superior customer service experience,” added Picerne. “We are a family-owned and operated company and we place a heavy emphasis on ensuring resident needs are not only being met but that we are also operating in a fast, efficient and consistent manner.”
