She is responsible for ensuring operational, financial, and programmatic outcomes for the portfolio that also delivers value to students and partners. With direct oversight over our college and university portfolio, Thelma works closely with her team to enhance the quality of life for our residents. Utilizing a proactive approach to maintenance and capital planning, Thelma works to extend the life of our facilities and assets to help deliver stable financials and a steady flow of operating income to our partners.
