Wellness at Home Program

Corvias’ Wellness at Home enhances the resident experience by supporting the well-being, performance, and resilience of our soldiers and their families.  

Through our program, indoor air and water quality, lighting, and excess humidity controls will be improved to meet the standards set by the International WELL Building Institute, with the intent to achieve WELL Residence certification for all homes and apartments in the Corvias housing portfolio. As the largest participant in the WELL for Residential Program, Corvias has committed to work with our Army partner to enroll 22,000 homes across seven military installations.
