Warwick, RI (Feb. 23, 2023) – Corvias Property Management was awarded the SatisFacts “Community Award for 2022” for delivering exceptional services at three Corvias higher education properties – Alabama College of Osteopathic Medicine (ACOM), Purdue University and University of Notre Dame. The three schools achieved an Exceptional Company Score with a nearly 4.7 out of a 5.0 rating. Corvias has one of the largest on-campus higher education partner portfolios in the U.S., serving nearly 20,000 students and providing services for 14 colleges and universities.
The three award-winning properties were consistently ranked by residents with scores of 4.5 and above in the following categories: Quality of Service, Staff Professionalism, and Average Response. Survey respondents specifically complimented Corvias for quick response times, same day repairs, and professional and courteous staff. All 14 universities in Corvias’ portfolio averaged annual scores in the Exceptional category which denotes a 4.5 or higher.
“Partnerships are at the heart of what Corvias does and we remain steadfast in our commitment to providing customized solutions that help meet the infrastructure needs of our higher education, military, and municipal partners,” said Chris Wilson, chief executive officer for Corvias. “Together, we help ensure that students, service members, and other residents are not only ready for the mission ahead, but that our support is resilient to challenges as well.”
The SatisFacts Awards recognize top property management companies and communities that provide an outstanding resident experience. Customer service efforts are measured through the SatisFacts Insite and/or annual survey score.
The surveys, which are sent after a service request has been completed, help gauge performance, and are also used to enhance resident satisfaction, retention, and overall resident experience. Corvias monitors survey feedback regularly and uses it to identify areas of improvement. This information is also used to spotlight employees who have made a positive impact on the student experience.
“Morgan is truly amazing! He is kind and extremely helpful…he and the staff here are doing a wonderful job,” said a student at the University of Notre Dame.
Multiple Assessment Methods
In addition to SatisFacts, Corvias’ other university partners also survey their student residents on an annual basis using Skyfactor resident satisfaction surveys. For 2022, the majority of respondents were “very satisfied” with the property management and maintenance services provided on campus.
“This designation is a testament to our employees' living our core principle to deliver the highest level of service to our partners,” said Wilson. “We continuously work to enhance and provide value-added housing and maintenance offerings to our partners so they can focus on their core mission, whether it’s educating students or supporting military readiness.”
