As a commercial developer and business leader, Harrell, brings more than 20 years of experience of project development, cross-functional management, strategic planning, and operations experience to this role. Harrell is a 22-year veteran as an officer/fighter pilot in the US Air Force and holds a MBA from The Fuqua School of Business, Duke University. He has commercial and energy development private sector experience working in London and across the U.S. He has successfully negotiated and closed $500m+ energy and infrastructure transactions.
Corvias has made a commitment to invest in a Utilities platform to help solve its partners' utility infrastructure challenges. Harrell is responsible for leading the strategy and standing up Corvias’ Utilities vertical to provide turnkey solutions that mirrors the Corvias partnership model. He will be developing, financing and delivering holistic smart-energy solutions to the public and private sector that include utility-scale solar storage facilities and demand-side energy solutions.
