Corvias, a long-term solutions and management partner to the U.S. military, is a recipient of the 2019 National SatisFacts Resident Satisfaction Company Award for excellent resident service efforts and property management for military housing. SatisFacts, a third-party company working on behalf of Corvias, measures resident satisfaction following move-in and work order completion at each of Corvias’ installations from coast-to-coast. Recipients were able to submit their responses starting Jan. 1, 2019 through Dec. 31, 2019.
Corvias installations and communities from both its Army and Air Force portfolios received the annual award for consistently maintaining a resident satisfaction score of 4.00+ out of 5.00 for property management services. Corvias scored very high in areas related to the courteousness, professionalism and knowledge of the person who placed your request for service (4.51 out of 5) and the courteousness and professionalism of the Community Management Office staff (4.80 out of 5).
“In the last year, Corvias announced several initiatives aimed at reinforcing service to our residents as our number one priority,” said John Picerne, founder of Corvias and Corvias Foundation “We are dedicated to providing timely, friendly and professional service from the minute our residents move-in and throughout their time with us. We are demonstrating that dedication through the launch of a web portal and resident app that streamlines the work order process, as well as all the other improvements we’ve highlighted since the announcement of our Corvias Commitment.”
The National Resident Satisfaction Awards recognize top property management companies and communities that are dedicated to the resident experience. Winners are awarded for their company’s leadership and focus on customer services efforts as measured through the SatisFacts’ Insite® program score.
