Corvias Property Management at Edwards Air Force Base is a recipient of the 2020 National SatisFacts Resident Satisfaction Base-wide Award for excellent resident service efforts and property management for military housing. SatisFacts, the leading third-party multifamily survey and data provider, measured resident satisfaction following every move-in and work order completion. Recipients submitted their responses from Jan. 1, 2020, through Dec. 31, 2020.
Since 2014, Corvias has used SatisFacts Insite surveys to provide actionable feedback to increase resident satisfaction and improve property management operations. Every time service is performed, at multiple stages through the process, residents are provided the opportunity to give feedback. The Corvias onsite team receives reports monthly on the SatisFacts results as well as the annual roll-up of scores.
"We have been listening to residents and working extremely hard to make improvements, to not only live up to their expectations but to exceed them," said Holly Costello, senior vice president of Corvias Property Management. "These results show our efforts are working, and the overwhelming majority of our service members and their families are happy. I know we will continue to improve because our employees know their work matters, and they are committed to our residents."
Corvias at Edwards Air Force Base received the annual award for consistently maintaining a resident satisfaction score of 4.00+ out of 5.00 for property management services. A few highlights from the survey results include:
- 21% increase in the overall satisfaction score with maintenance work.
- 4.72 out of 5 on the maintenance staff's courtesy and professionalism and a 4.69 out of 5 for the Community Center staff.
- 4.63 out of 5 on time it took to resolve a maintenance request.
Throughout the year, Corvias received hundreds of testimonials on the surveys about the team's work. Comments included, "the quality of work and professionalism was fantastic. Maintenance was here in less than 24 hours, for even minor issues, so that was very appreciative and really makes me (and my home) feel like a priority." Another resident commented, "our move-in agent Shelly has been outstanding throughout the entire process. She is attentive, always prepared, and very kind. She made me and my wife feel like a part of the community, and she did a great job explaining things and listening to our questions. She is truly a shining star!"
