Tim Toohey

Managing Director

A veteran of 32 years in the housing and construction industries, Tim oversees Corvias Property Operations for its campus and military housing portfolios. These portfolios include 35,000+ units consisting of 100,000+ beds. As Managing Director, Tim is responsible for strategic operations, P&L, and the delivery and quality of services provided by over 700 employees nationwide.

Robert Carr

Division CFO

Bob is a hands-on financial executive with extensive management experience in areas such as financial analysis and reporting, budget and forecast development, finished goods costing and price determination, and tax preparation. He oversees all financial and accounting operations for Corvias Property Operations’ university and military properties throughout the U.S.

Julie Hanners

Vice President, Property Management

As Vice President of Property Management, Julie helps our higher education partners take full advantage of their resources by maximizing the physical and economic occupancy of their properties.

Sharon Shores

Assistant Vice President, Property Management

Sharon plays a key role in providing the best possible resident experience to service members and their families by overseeing occupancy and customer service for our military housing partners.

Amy uses a dynamic combination of training and property management experience to make a direct impact on the quality of services Corvias provides by designing and implementing a wide range of targeted, highly effective training programs at the company.

Steve Boothe

Director of Facilities Operations

Steve and his team keep our partners’ facilities in tremendous shape by ensuring safe, efficient and effective maintenance processes are in place. Their expertise and attention to detail improves resident satisfaction, provides community sustainability and helps extend the life of facilities like, family housing and community centers.

Cecille Tynes

Director of Operations, Resident Experience

As Director of Operations, Cecille uses her extensive experience and expertise in leasing, marketing, training and property operations to enhance the resident experience, maximize revenue and increase occupancy for our partners.

Kevin Cutillo

Insurance and Risk professional

Kevin provides our partners with financial protection and peace of mind by directing the purchase of insurance programs and managing relationships with third party service providers such as brokers and insurers. He manages risk by preparing loss analyses and budgets, identifying exposures, promoting loss prevention, and updating and monitoring compliance with insurance procedures. He also oversee a team of Health, Safety and Environmental Managers who ensure a focus on safety.

Charlie Connors

Director of Capital Assets

Charlie uses his 25+ years of experience in the building industry to add value for our partners by managing capital improvement projects to ensure the assets we maintain are returned to them in like-new condition.

Richard Giusti

Vice President Operations

Our partners rely on Rich to help them take the long view by overseeing capital expenditures, long-term maintenance and preservation of assets. Richard also plays a key role in the ongoing well-being of our properties by overseeing purchasing and maintenance.

Maureen Andres

Commercial Property Manager

Maureen is responsible for lease negotiations, management, and building relationships with commercial tenants and owners/landlords to enhance the on-campus experience for students by giving them access to quality amenties. She brings 20 years of progressive management in all phases of operations, including facility, property, project management and strategic planning.
