Recently, Corvias completed construction on three new residential buildings at North Carolina Central University, adding more than 1,200 beds to support enrollment growth and provide vital student infrastructure. More than 60% of the project's subcontractors were local, minority-owned business enterprises (MBEs) and historically underutilized businesses (HUBs), a record for the University of North Carolina System.

With an endowment established by Corvias to help students overcome financial obstacles and achieve their academic aspirations, two students are awarded a scholarship worth $6,250 per semester, for a total of $12,500 for the academic year.
Two new residence halls – Griffin Residence Hall North and Meredith Residence Hall South – have opened on the Purdue University West Lafayette campus. The two new residence halls were delivered on time and on budget.
Corvias partners with the University of Notre Dame to provide cost effective housing solutions, that will meet the needs of married or parenting students. Corvias will design, build, finance, operate and maintain (DBFOM) these apartments, which will be called The Landings at Notre Dame.
